Since its creation in 2003, Sylca Construction has become the reference in renovation and construction mostly in Montérégie, Montreal and the Eastern Townships. Located in Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu, on the south shore of Montreal, the company now has twenty reliable permanent employees and subcontractors with whom it has worked over the last few years.
Sylvain Ouellette, the owner, has more than 20 years experience in the renovation field. Over the years, he has surrounded himself with an experienced team that is as good if not better than that of the competition. Establishing a long-term relationship, both with his clients and team members, is one of his priorities.
One of Sylca’s greatest strengths lies in the support it provides throughout the project for which it has been mandated.

And given that renovation and construction projects often require a considerable investment, Sylvain makes it a duty to reassure his clients by closely monitoring all projects and always being there for clients.
Since 2003, the company has moved in a commercial direction while still specializing in small and large maintenance, renovation, construction and reconstruction projects.
Sylca Construction is a member of several organizations and associations to demonstrate its concern for rules and guaranties regarding current renovation and construction standards in Quebec.
